Cybersoftec victims

Are there any cybersoftec victims in this forum? I am a victim of cybersoftec who filed my 140 and 485 almost 3 years back. That time INS rejected my 485 giving reason that 140 was rejected. I got my 485 rejection notice and I kept it properly.

Now after 3 years I got my labor from other company and ready to file my 140 now the lawyer is asking me to produce 140 rejection notice. I don't have any rejection notice of 140. Usually 140 rejection notice goes to the compnany. Now the cybersoftec does not exist and don't know what to do.

Any one faced this situation please advice me.

Thanks

Kesav - - did you get any answer for this question

I am also a victim of the said company and now my labor got cleared through another company and i told my company's attorney about my case and he asked me to give the LIN# or receipt# and he went ahead and filed my case. My lawyer did not ask me for a 140 rejection notice. But make sure you inform INS about your previous rejected petion and providing the LIN# should be enough for INS to look at your file. Hope this helps

Please share info....

My 485 application was denied because the 140 was not approved.
This had happened because I belonged to the great "Cybersoftec Company based in NJ".

I am sure there are many people who had faced similar consequences.

Now I am filing my 485 again and would like to know what all should I mention on my 485 application.

The USCIS web site never send me a letter of denial nor does their web site reflect anything.
All it shows is an LUD on previous 485.

Will some one here tell me what should I mention on the new 485 application as regards the CST 485 application.?
Any other information in related to this will benefit all the CST victims

Thanks in advance

Regards,
Shloka

You have to mention that your previous 485 denied
anyhow they'll know everything about you once you provide A# number

its better provide your Cyber 140 receipt number
All the best

No need 140 rejection letter

I am also victim of this company.I filed my 140 and 485 with PERM labor on Eb2 on 09/29/2005.

MMy 140 got approved without any issues.I mentioned A# on my new 485 case.I didn't attached my 485 denial letter

I filed AC 21 4 months ago with sanfrancisco company and my case transffered to SFO local office and got i/v notice schedule end of this month.

IF they ask about my previous 485,i will say just underlying 140 denied.I don't why it is denied. It goes to company. My attorny said, they don't worry about previous case, they will dig through all ur docs on current case file and will take decision.

I am bringing 485 denial letter to interview.

Cybersoftec woes

I had planned to join Cybersoftec in 2004. They were processing my H1 and my Greencard. However, when I smelt a rat, I decided not to join them. I was harassed by numerous phone calls from them that they would cancel my I-140 etc. I told them to go cancel everything, and go to hell :)

I continued my existing job, and I have finally reached the last stages of a new I-485.

But now I received a letter from USCIS, asking me if I was a Cybersoftec employee involved in their fraud .. and not treating me as a victim of their fraud.

Has anyone else faced this situation ?
