cut off number for Asia

My prediction just like DV2007, all Asia will be current in August 2008.

i'm also from iran,cn:2008 as 14xxx
i have a question:we see that in the last 2 month, we may see current for all asian winners.
what does it mean?for example can i go to embassy for interview without the second letter?
plz help me.i'm so confused!

I am glad to see other iranians here. Each month KCC will announce the limit numbers for interview. It means all people with those case numbers can go & get their visas . For the last two months KCC announce " current " & apparently it means all other winners can go to u.s. embassy for interview & getting their visas. But sadly the FBI check for iranian & several countries will takes long ( almost 3-4 months!!!). on the other hand, the issuing of visas will be ended up to 1th Oct, so we, iranian with a high case numbers for those last months; have not enough time for getting interview time + FBI check's result & then getting our visas, unless they don’t ask us FBI check or they announce a high cut off numbers for last bulletin.
Also one month before your interview time, they send your second letter.
