Cut-off dates in case S.1932 doesn't go through

Let's assume no bills or provisions to remedy this nasty cut-off date is approved:

Is it reasonable to assume that EB3 Worldwide would move to something like March 2002 by October 2006 (when new 140,000 visas kick in).
As is now, it is still on March 2001.

let's not create guesstimate threads, which is just waste of time. rather concentrate on continue putting efforts for S.1932 approval.

well said!!!!!!!

I agree, pls lets stop all this unnecessary guesswork and statistical analysis. We predicted that the dates wud become near current once the Oct numbers kicked in, look what happened to that!!

I highly doubt that he DOS, UCSIS etc are following the statistical models proposed on this portal.

Pls guys lets focuss on issues on hand, and if we have more time, then pls lets try parallel efforts like
1) Mailing the President's office directly.
2) Educating senators/congressmen on the difference between Legal and illegal Immigrants, difference between EB and H1B, make them understand why we actually are important to this country's present and future.
3) Call all the senators or write Personalized letters to them, Each one on here write a personal letter, in THEIR OWN WORDS.

After that if we still have free time, enjoy it with ur friends and family ;)

Wait, wait, wait. Acting to improve the situation is what I am doing now.
I am asking concrete facts whether anyone heard that 140,000 would be enough to move the cut-off dates. If you haven't heard or you don't know just say it. I don't need you to tell me I should stop to ask this or that.
