Has anyone had any success when calling the customer service 800 number? What CAN they tell you? What do they have access to? Seems like the two times that I've called they've said the same thing, "We don't have any information on that." The second time the girl actually read from a script.

Your best option is to set an infopass appointment. What you can also do is call 800# again and tell them you have lost application#. At that point they will transfer you to an IO.
