Customer Service working?

I have been trying to call up National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283 number for the last couple of days hoping to hear something different than what I see on the online status. But the system is not able to pull up my information. The automated message is on the lines
"sorry, due to temporary failure of the service we are not able to access your records".


Is it true for everyone else too?

I think only "RFE received" cases cannot be accessed by the AVM system.
 
I have experienced this in the recent past. Checked with the National customer service center rep. and she said nothing to worry about this message.
