Currently processing TN?

Hello,
I am in Calgary.
I might have a job offer soon in USA. The employer needs me to be in USA to be able to work for them due to data security.I am aware that the border is closed, however are they currently processing TN visas?
Has somebody had their TN processed recently or is there a number that I can call to find out more? Any information would be appreciated! Thanks!
