Currently on L1. New job offer. please help.

I am currently on an L-1B and am being offered a new job at a leading software company. However, they want me to start working within the next one month failing which they will void the offer letter. Is there any way of starting to work with this new company within the next month.
 
You are in the same position I was in last year September. With the information yoy provided I guess an H1b would work for you and it can be obtained in a matter of a few weeks with premium processing. However, unless the new batch of 20K H1bs become available in the next few days/weeks you will be out of luck. Your best bet is to tell the sponsoring company (and their lawyer) to get the paper work done so they can file everything as soon as the USCIS has published the regulations for the additional H1bs for the current fiscal year.
