I am currently in U.S. on B1 visa and I also have a valid L1.
I am required to stay in U.S.A for a longer time now. Please answer the below questions:
1. Can I change my status from B1 to L1 without leaving U.S?
2. If I want to extend my B1 visa, is it a safe option to try? Will it jeoparadise my coming to U.S.A in future if it is rejected? If I just need to extend my stay by 15 days.. should I take the risk of extending my B1 or should I request my employer to send me back to India rather than taking the risk?
Please reply as soon as possible as my I-94 will expire soon.
