Currently have part time CPT but looks like some weeks I may have more than 20 hours?

Can I change it to full time? Also what happens if I go over 20 by a few hours while on part time?

I am currently on a student visa which doesn't expire until May 2013 but I will be graduating in December and will be applying for a OPT in October.

Any help about the CPT would be great!
 
ask your school official who deals with foreign students if you can convert to full time. there are some rules regarding hours of class for full time CPT.

most probably nothing will happen unless someone reports you. however ur paystubs will have the number of hours u worked, so it leaves a paper trail. just have ur employer give u a bonus instead of regular wages for the extra hours.. AND STOP IT with those extra hours.
