Does anyone know what is the latest on finger print notice date in Vermont?. I saw people with ND of early May 2003 getting notices. Mine is Sep 2004. When should I expect my finger print notice.

Gurus Help.

Does finger print depends on EB1 or EB2 or EB3 categories?
