Current Status? ques 15 on EAD application

I am applying for my EAD renewal and was wondering what shd I put for q.15 Current immigration Status.
I got laid off after 180 days.

Please reply.
 
AOS PENDING..

My attorney had filled in AOS pending when I was renewing my EAD/AP.

I was/am not laid off. So, I can't answer for your specific case but:

I bet you do not want them(INS) to know that you are laid off at this time.

So, just write AOS pending and keep your fingers crossed.

Did u also send in a copy of I-94's.
My I-94 on the passport has long expired but this is last time I came back to US and since EAD is asking for the last entry, I suppose sending I-94 copies shd be okay.
Can anyone confim ?

This is correct. This is the most recent
I94 you have.
