Current Salary < PWD?

Hi there - In PERM, is it still true that the PWD is the salsay we shall receive when we receive the green card? I heard that there was a bug in PERM system that denied a case if the current sallary is less than PDW. Has this bug been fixed already? Thanks in advance.

Current salary is about 10K lower than PW. I heard someone got LC approved with salary lower than PW. But will it cause problem when file I-140 and I-485?

Will not be a problem with employer is able to prove that its able to pay the PWD once GC is approved
