hi,
I am going to file PERM for ms+3, level III for software engineer, PWD is about 85k, but my current salary is 120k. will DOL see it as unreasonable?
my lawyer suggest the title ( H.3,K.a.5, K.b.5 of 9089) will be 'software engineer' since that is on the ad. but my title for current position and previous position are 'principal software enginer'.
my question:
can H.3 be changed to 'principal software engineer' even the ad is 'software engineer'?
if can't, is it better to use 'principal software engineer' in k.*.5 ( better explain my salary) or 'software engineer' ( better fit with the ad and H.3)?

NO, you have to put whatever your submit for job order.

I think it is no problem to have higher salary than PWD. Listen to your lawyer :) But your case will be much easy with tittle Principal and senior engineer since you use MS as your degree requirement.
