Does any one know how to find out the current processing time in Dallas (Texas) for federal Labor. I got approved for state in July 2001 (RIR) and filled in the same month with the federal. Please advise.
I called DOL at Texas mid of November, they told me they are processing the January 2001 (Recommended case by the state) and February 2001 (not recommended)...The month mentioned earlier is based on the month DOL received the application from the state.
It is through h1-b to green card, I am not sure if it is Eb2 or 3, and I am not sure if it matters. Please advise if you have any further info on this.
