Since the last update at TSC, the current processing date for I-140/EB1 petitions (Dec 8) is later than the receipt date for my case (Dec 2.)
Does anyone know if this is normal, and what the typical delay is between your case having been 'hypothetically' processed, as in the current date shifts past it, and your actually being notified of the decision?
