current processing date-- how do I find?

Hi

26 unmarried. I guess I fall under V-2.

My parents filled for me I-130 in March.2002 to Vermont service center and I got by approval I-130 couple of days back.

Imm. has told me not to file for an I-485 untill the current priority date.


My priority date would be. march 2002

How do I find the current cases that are getting reviewed by Imm.? I checked the ucis.gov but they gave the date only for employment based applications.

since your parents filed 130 for you and you are 26 years of age, you do not qualify for V2 visas.

your visa category should be f2b, and that can takes 5-7 years...
