Current Processing and LUDs

I am a concurrent I-140/485 filer - with I-140 already approved. My priority dates are not current (as per Visa bulletin), but are past the USCIS processing dates by 20 days (TX service center processing dates schedule). So will I be seeing any LUD change in my 485 application. Will TX service center process my 485 till the last but one stage (means I will get LUDs, even though it wont be approved - due to retrogression)

Any one in similar situation, please respond. I am trying to see if I am stuck in the name check/clearance...

I am in the same situation as you are. My case is at Nebraska and my I-140 is approved. The RD for the I-485 is March/2005, that is 3 months behind the posted schedule on the USCIS website. I tried to call them to ask but all the time they have this "Temporary Problem in the System", so i cannot get in touch with a live person. I have also posted in this forum about any other ways we can get in touch with NSC but there are no answers.

I hope someone will answer our questions. I see lots of postings about Guessing games, infighting, rumors and frustration on the USCIS. I should say that it reminds me of our old days in India where we do not get any anwers when people are shouting to each other even if it is hurting our collective cause.

I am atleast happy to find someone who understands my situation. We will wait for any answers.

Well, MY PD is Sept 2002 and I concurrently filed 140 and 485 in april 2004. My 140 got approved in Aug 2004 and the current processing date for 485s in Vermont Service centre is Feb 15th 2005.
So, I dont think it is an issue until the EB3 dates move to sept 2002 for me.

I am in a similar situation, filed for 485 in Jan 05 and right now VSC is processing Feb 15th 2005. I called up VSC, got to speak to a live person and they said right now they are working on applications received rom Jan 15 th to feb 15, 2005. My application reached them on jan 15 so i should be hearing from them soon. She also said she will open an enquiry and gave me a inquiry number for future reference and said that the results of this enquiry should take anywhere within a month. But what i have seen from reading some of the forums is, you either receive a letter saying that your case has been approved blah blah... and you will receive your card soon, or you will get called for an interview where you will be told that you will get a card as soon as the visa dates becomes current for your date. Now, which is the correct procedure??? I guess no one knows...so give them a call again and see if you can speak to a person, no harm in trying right...
