Did anyone track legislation in Congress from last year's H1 cap?
This year, there is a bill in the Senate that is said to address the H1 cap (S 1635). Apparently, this bill was originally written to close loopholes in L1 visas and is being extended to increase H1 cap numbers. Anyone have more information?
