Upon reviewing application for AoS (485 & EAD) I discovered that my job date with my current employer is wrong (1 month later than I actually started working).
Employer is ready to give me a letter with the date in the approved labor (perm apllication).
Attrorney says we will have to correct this and has not explained procedures, time line.
Is it OK to file with the wrong dates (1 month later than actual) in the approved labor, mention same dates in all AoS applications and suport the date with latter from employer (same date as in labor) ?
What are the consequences if any?
What is the procedure to make the correction? and how much time will it take?
