Hello All,
We did FP1 in Jan 2005 and FP2 in June 2005
and we will be current from April 2006.
My wife will be going to INDIA in May 2006 for a month.
ideally we want to avoid the re arranging the FP date!
Shall we expect the notice soon!!
how prompt is USCIS in sending these notices?
Does this have anything to do with being current?
we were wondering is it FP1 (all ten fingers) or FP2 code 2 (index Plus picture) which expires after 15 months.......any suggestions!

alternatively,We have plan....notice come at least 15-20 days ahead.
it it comes before she leaves we will post ponned the trip.
If it comes later she will cut short her trip............

Send an email to CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov & ask if FP is required. Also send email again on april 01 & request to approve your case. If everything is clear for your case you should get GC before your spouse goes to India

As far as i know they will automatically generate FP notice for you!
i kinda a like ur plan!!!!
