I have two questions that relate to experience gained with a current employer...
1. If you work for a Company A for a while, then go to Company B for a relatively short period of time (~4 months in my case), and then go back to Company A, can you use the experience during your first time with Company A? Does it depend on any circumstances?
2. If you change positions within the same company from Hardware Design Engineer to either Marketing Engineer or Engineering Manager (both would utilize my MBA degree unlike my current design position), would I be able to use experience gained with the company in the previously held position? Assumption here is wage increases/decreases accordingly
