They will send you an email 1-2 months before your interview. They will schedule interview for you only when your case number is current. For Asia, the cut-off number for October 2013 is 1900. All Asian winners having case numbers below 1900 will get their interviews in October. The visa bulletin for the month of November will be published on 15 September, so check it then to see whether your case number is current or not.
