Are there any updates on AAU processing times on I-140 appeals?
Any ideas about current date of processing on this type I-290B cases?
Any one come across administration decisions on Appeals, please share the experience?


I notice two latest decisions on following cases - transferred to AAU and processed.

140Case- Transferred - processed
EB3- 03/11/2004 – 06/21/2005
EB2- 06/28/2004 - 07/03/2005
