Recently I received FOIA from VSC. I noticed that when my employer filed my 485 they stated following in a letter to USCIS
"...current position of Mr. xyz is permanent in our organization and we will employ him after his 485 is approved...."
I know GC is for future employement. Lets says my employer dosent want me anymore, legally how will the above assurance be interpreted if I'm asked to leave before 485 is approved. I'm curious to hear all comments.
