Well one question from me:

Can someone tell me what is salary requirement for Labor in CT for EB2/RIR. Mine was filed April, 2002.

How do lawyers defend if it is not match? What percent is considered a match?

You must be paid at least 95% of the prevailing wage but this survey does not always provide a clear answer. To avoid problems you will need a level 2 salary for most situations (particularly for EB-2).

How you defend a challenge depends on the particular case and what is being challenged and how.
