my details are as below :

Priority Date : 4 Aug 1999
Aproval date : 2 Nov 2004
my father is a pititioner.
now i have received DS-230 form fee bill. but without my daughter's name as if she is now of 21 & a half years old. my questions are :
1.) can my daughter get benifit of CSPA ?
2.) how to & whom to apply for CSPA ?
3.) Can she come to US with us or after sometime ?
pls guide me what to do ??
