when my PD was current in 2020, i already submitted ds 260 and paid IV fees. my visa category changed was to f2b. now in 2023, i am 23 yrs old, NVC switched me back to f2a. when it comes to CSPA, will the calculation will include when my PD first became current which was in 2020?
