What is the necessary steps to avail benefits (immigrant visa issuance) under CSPA?
1)-Do I have to write the Consular post or..
2)-The post will be the one to inform that the beneficiary aged out due to delays in processing?
If the beneficiary qualifies for a visa under the CSPA is the issuance of visa needs fees or just automatic?
