Can someone help me out.
This is for a f4 category. I'm looking to see if this person should even take the chance. The father is the main beneficiary and the son was about 19 when the application was file.
Priority day: December 2005.
Approval date: June 22 2009
Person birthday: December 10 1987.
I'm assuming this person is obviously not longer a child will not be able to optain a green card.
Thanks for your help

indeed, current CSPA age is over 28 years old so ineligible. If the son is still unmarried, the parent will be able to file a petition for him once the parent gets a green card, but that petition will likely take another 6 or so years to become current.
