Now I am also convinced that CSC works in circular way.
They start with I-140, completes approval for 1000-2000 case s, later turn to 485, continue with bunch of approvals/RFE and then to EAD and AP and continue in a loop.
So it really depends upon your luck i.e. in which round yr petition is pending e.g. if you apply for EAD and if CSC is in EAD cycle, you will be approved within a week, else you have to wait till months.
Any idea, when CSC will restart 485 cycle so that we can start seeing approvals.
