CSC will process cases on FIFO basis

My friend came from the Senator Office, he told me from now on CSC will process the cases on FIFO (First In First Out) basis because PD is current for Everyone. PD was the most confusing part of the I-485 processing.
I think that will make sense, people just need to check CIBA\'s list and find out if their turn is around the corner.
Employment Catagory is based on QUALIFICATION NOT based on the COUNTRY U BORN.
It will take 4 to 6 month to clean up the mess *************After that FIFO Rule will apply********************

that\'s NOT going to work! the AC21 (2045) is now enacted as a law: and it says that the INS is "Accountable" if any application is pending over 180 days at any stage. Seems like this part of the law has fallen on deaf ears at the INS.
"The Attorney General is now required to file annual reports on all applications pending more than 180 days along with a detailed plan of action that addresses the backlog." This is funny.
How do you expect INS to follow FIFO policy if senators "recommend" it to them, when they violate the AC21 by not accounting for delays > 180 days??? INS is beyond law (this is how the INS Agency was designed). All that the senators can do is to control the funding and budget allocation to it. Another way to make them accountable is through lawsuits (which may not be the right choice for everyone).
Any comments and thoughts are appreciated.

i dont know what this means .....how would it affect old applicants like with ND 03/01 ?? we will be processed before the deluge right??

whether it is LIFO or FIFO..only thing that I can say is f%%&^INS..does not matter how they process...they are a messed up organization playing with lifes of people and that\'s how they will remain.......once again....f^&*^&*& INS..that\'s how i start my days these days and that is the last word on my lips before going to sleep......
