Does anybody know why there is a big gap between these center.
I130 processing for spouse date is not moved at CSC and TSC in more than a month. It is still at 28 March 2005. Vermont Service Center shows July 14 2005. That is 3 and half months gap in processing. Is it a crime to live in the area except Northeast?
Is there anything we can do? I don't know what is backlog elimination process where it takes this much time for citizen to wait for their spouse to bring here.
