Based on his various conversations with CSC IIOs, Ravi2000 came
up with a theory of explaining finger prints and case status
at CSC. Briefly, you can deduce whether you case is assigned or
still sitting on the shelves from the questions asked by IIOs
when you phone them to inquire your status. His theory is
confirmed by a few folks. The article has been uploaded to
