Thought this might pep up some spirits on this board.

This is a pilot program to be implemented at CSC and Los Angeles ( I would presume the local office there) and for cases not involving any national waiver.

Read this bit on shusterman.com in the News Ticker (3rd or 4th item).

Hang in there guys ...... a little more patience.

well, the sour side now ...

Dallas office also proposes to implement a similar procedure ...... the bad part .. for lottery and family based petitions !
