I heard that DOL is auto-remanding all RIR applications filed between july 2001 and december 2002, back to the state. If that is true, why is SESA processing RIR cases filed in 2002 at all? Doesn't it make more sense to just put them in non RIR queue instead going thru the seemingly unnecessary loop and wasting, seemingly, precious SESA man hours? Am I missing something here? Assuming these guys are indeed using their brains, to me, it sounds like they are not really auto-remanding RIR cases filed thru dec 2002...
