Hello. I am just here to whine about the current status of California Processing Center. Its been almost 5 or 6 months, I think, that it is not moving and is stuck at June 16, 2005. It is so frustrating to see that other centers are already moving and could possibly have an I-140 approved in a month or so. Grrrr. They say that it will take 8-10 months for CSC case to be approved and yet with other centers with 8-10 months, assuming that the current processing times continues at its speed, one can already have a visa by that time. How is that. Double the time. Now, would I transfer to other state. Nahh...I already signed a contract and would cost me $20thou to get out. Ahehe I'll just apply at other countries during this waiting times. Would you suggest it?
