how long is csc taking to approve I-140\'s for RFE cases for EB-3 .
Similar cases let\'s keep in touch.

I-140 filled on 08/01/2001
RFE requested : dec. middle 2001.

RFE sent to INS : 01/14/2002

I-140 pending

My case WAC -01-243 -XX
ND 9/10/01 got an RFE on DEc 19th .
RFE was sent but AVM not updated .

Does anybody else have similar experience.

Just heard from my HR guy that RFE reply to INS was sent on Jan 24th
Looks like it takes a while to update AVM

Just noticed INS is processing I-140 EB-3 dated 18th Jan, 2002.

Does it mean RFE take ages to get processed ?
