from previous post u will see J_waiter got his 485 approved !! Thats good news for us CSC waiters....From what i understand there are not many people with ND in Feb 2001...I really dont know why cos I found all those who send 485 appls in Feb have a ND for 03/2001 ....Very few have both RD and ND in Feb ..so i guess 485 approvals for ND 03/2001 are not far away

there so many DEC NDs, we have not seen many DEC ND out yet. he is a lucky one i guess. like one of my co-workers, who never received his 485 receipt, FP 3 weeks after package sent, 485 approval in 10 weeks after package sent.

Last Thursday when I talked to the IIO to check my EAD status, he said the case was not assigned yet. It is hard for me to believe. Keeping my fingers crossed for the approval notice in mail.

My ND is 01/12/01, and we just received FP last Friday. So it depends. I was worried too, called IIO twice regarding FP notices after seeing many people filed in Feb. got FP in March, but I doubt it helped. Also talked to my attorney, sent inquiry too, no response to inquiry but we received FP notices. You will receive it one day, just don\'t worry too much.
