CSC new processing time released (JIT). I-485 processing date 01/01/00

as of 11/09/01 CSC jit report processing i-485 dates has moved 2 years

forward. hopefully by next JIT report we\'ll see it current.

also I-765 processing dates moved to 09/12/01.

Does it mean that people who applied 2 years back are still waiting for the approval. Is it one of those cases where EB3 became current & reverted back.

Oh Yeah !

Some people like us are in the waiting mode since 1997 - 5.5 years and no approval yet !

But, the dates in the CSC processing times have absolutely no meaning. It seems that only ND matters and not the PD.

So, hang in there... You will definitely get your approval although your PD is later than the date mentioned in processing times.
