CSC new game strategy

Hello guys,

My I-485 category is EB2 and my dates are
RD 07/09/2001
ND 08/27/2001
WAC 01-268-XXXXX
FP 11/2001
FP redo 10/2002(due to bad quality)
RFE 11/2002
RFE AVM changed on 12/11/2002
Case assigned to officer 5 times on 01/14/03, 02/05/03, 02/14/03, 03/05/03 and 03/19/03.
Every time I call CSC, they add 2 weeks to my previous case assigning date and tell me the new date.When I ask about old case assigning dates,they told me that they do not see old dates on my file.
I am wondering this is a new kind of strategy they have adopted.
Please let me know if anyone else is having same issue.

Hi,

I seriously think that your approval is long overdue!! Why don't you ask your attorney to fax/mail a letter to the appropriate person(s) involved in CSC to see what's going on?? This strategy seems to be their latest trick to fool people!!
