CSC last FP notice is with ND 3/16/2001

Just spoke with my lawyer, he told me that CSC issued the last FP notice for ND 3/16/2001, then informed JIT report to begin retrace back for I-485. Until CSC complete processing those pending I-485s, which I don\'t think a lot for EB-based, however have low priority, they won\'t issue any new FP notice. It could need another four to eight months.

so ur lawyer meant new FPs would be issued only after all 485s with ND till 03/16/01 is processed ??

If that\'s true then it could take forever!! Just look at the "snail-pace" now. Many FPs that were taken 3 months ago are not even in their system yet! It makes me wonder when are they going to move all these cases from the shelfs to the desks! The backlog in their mailroom needs to be cleard up desperately!!
