SillyMan you think CSC is going to wake up? What ever happened to our prediction of April 25th? That date has come and gone long ago! No light at the end of the tunnel! :(
 
140, instead of speeding up, we;ve seen a slowdown. We're in 1/4th way thru may .. y'know I am not too hopeful anymore.
 
if you take a look at the rupnet trackers, you'll see that in the fall of 2002 east coast was at a standstill, while CSC was approving.
