CSC is approving DEC'04 I-485 cases. What is NSC doing.

CSC is approving I-485 applications filed in DEC'04. What's happening at NSC do they not realize that other centers are moving ahead and they are lagging behind by 2 years. Is there any way to send a message to the right person to wake them.

They are just living upto their name: NOT-IN SERVICE CENTER

It is really frustrating for their in-action (hardly move a step
in over half a year).
