CSC Information line not accessible

Just heard that CSC information line closed due to an emergency ? anybody else heard this ? just temporary I guess ?!

Yes, it happened at least once last year. It\'s around November or December, I can\'t remember the exact date. It lasted for about 5 days or so. For what reason? Well, CSC CAN DO ANYTHING THEY WANT WITHOUT ANY REASON! But, I guess maybe there have been more and more phone inquiries lately, they just want to discourage people from keep calling.

I called the line at 3.35 pm PT today and surprisingly got through at the first try! Of course, there wasn\'nt any development in my case - still waiting for acknowledgement of RFE reply - but at least I can confirm that the line works!

Hey, if INS asks for any thing thru REF - do we know that INS is asking something ?? by AVM systems or we have to be informed by lawyer that INS is asking for REF ? My case is still saying 900 days blah...blah..blah...

Just checked at June 28, 2001, 7:20 am PST.

Keeps ringing. Doesn\'t go thru to AVM.
