In my RFE, they are asking for company tax returns, company finncial statements, etc... . This is in addition to my personal pay stubs, W2, etc... (this for I485)
Did anyone recieve the same? Does anyone have a clue to why they are asking this in this stage? (They usually check the company\'s info in the I140 stage, why do they ask for this now??!?!?!) needless to say company is on the rocks, but their offer still stands.
I have been on leave of absence since August 31st. I have current offer letter, old pay stubs and all, but the odd request for company information is worrying the shit out of the me!!! don\'t they do that only if they reject the I140? but just that they didn\'t.
Also: other employee of same company, that filed shortly after me, just got approved two weeks ago.
my details: WAC-01-264-XXXXX, RD 6/01, ND 8/01, EB3 RIR, FP done, EAD done, AP Done.
