CSC I140 processing status

Could anybody update me the processing time for I140 in CSC center.
mine is filled under concurrent, EB-3 category on Sep-29-2003.

Your info. is greately appreciated.

I am in the same boat and Y'day I asked my lawyer about 140, he was saying that INS is going back means, still they r reviewing cases DEC-02 and instead of going forward, they are going backward, So 140 in CA center will be more worst in coming days means it will take more time, So be patient and ur will take another 8-10 months from now

So don't worry, have a patience

2nd anniversary of I-140

My I-140 is pending since March 2002. Just wanted to share this.
I got two RFEs in the meantime. We sent the response to the last RFE 9 months back. Still no luck.

ur case is a substitue labor OR ur own labor bcos sub. labor taking more time due to more scrutiny but it will get cleared, have a patience.
