Twenty-two (22) new cases were added to this edition for a total of 892
entries. For approvals, nine (9) cases were posted since last Tuesday\'s
update:

The processing seems to be slowing down (nothing like December and January for
sure), but the pace is moving along, as evidence by ND 11/00 approvals dated
in March. Interestingly, due to recent PD movements, those filed cases
during 08/99-03/00 window opportunity when PDs for all countries became
current started to receive approvals.
