  CSC EB I485 Tracking Weekly (05/01/01)

Fourteen (14) new cases were added to this edition for a total of 1034
entries. For approvals, a miserable seven (7) cases were posted since
last Tuesday\'s update:

 bacard151 (EB3, ND 08/00);
 MIRAJ (EB2, ND 11/00);
 micksammer (EB3, 12/00);
 PK(pralak) (EB2, ND 12/00);
 suffergc (EB3, ND 01/01); SF interview
 Nick (EB3, 01/01);
 unluckywaiter (EB?, ND 01/01); SJ interview

The magenta color in the tracking list indicating non-current PDs has
been updated according to May visa bulletin. As a result, there are
only a few folks left in the list whose PDs remain non-current. The
majority of folks who filed their cases during the window opportunity
of between 08/99 to 01/00 are now eligible for adjudication due to
recent cutoff date advancements.

Please note that my e-mail account is still not fully functioning. Many
e-mails sent to me for the past few days were bounced back. I was told
that someone is diligently working on the problem and things will return
to normal in a few days. I will keep you guys posted. Meanwhile, for the
time being, please use one of the discussion boards to update your data.
Also, remember to send your bounced e-mails to me again once my e-mail
is functioning so that I can change your records accordingly.

Finally, a nice CSC folk named KM recently sent me a detailed checklist
for preparing questions likely asked and paperwork needed in the interview.
KM was interviewed in San Francisco office two weeks ago (interview details
can be found in the website). The rundown list she prepared is meticulous.
It should serve as an excellent guideline not only for folks who will be
interviewed in the future, but for all CSC folks as well. I have posted
(with the help of Dimpu and Proactive) KM\'s checklist to the Personal
Experience section. Please go to Local Office Interview to check it out.
Thanks, KM, for an wonderful contribution to CSC tracking website.
