Please add any new CSC I-485 approvals to this thread. Post only approvals to this thread so that it can be used (kind of data/summary tracking) to see recent approvals.

If you see any CSC I-485 approval any where on this board please post it to this thread with all the info (if it is not already posted to this thread). Please follow below guidelines while posting.
1. In the subject line, give it running serial number, member name (that got approved), and the subject line.
2. Entire text of their approval message (cut and paste including headers)
3. Please also provide a Link to that aproval thead/post (it helps a lot in maintaining summary as well as users can goto that thread to ask questions).


Also refrain from any other discussion (apart from just posting CSC I-485 approvals) in this thread so that we can keep it clean.

I got email from BCIS that our case has been approved on Sept.3, 2004
Here is our long time wait history :

7/02-Submitted I-485 for family.
9/02-1st FP done (Me & Wife)

Hi All,

I just saw my online status and our 485s have ben approved.
We had our 2nd FP done on Aug 5 and Aug 19 (had to delay 2 weeks due to skin cut)
I was nervous about my case because I had to leave my sponsoring co < 180 days. I hung around and after 180 days joined another company (I don't know why, it just seemed like a good idea to wait out the 180 days).
Anyways, there was no RFE and that saved us a lot of explaining.
All waiters, hang in there, good things will happen.

And million thanks to this forum : The people on this are truly wonderful!!!

Saw the magic emails this morning, and checked that the website has also been updated with the golden words. My timeline is as follows.

June 2000 : labor filed
Nov 2000 : labor approved
Nov 2000 : I-140 filed
Feb 2001 : I-140 approved
Feb 2001 : company closed down, couldn't file I-485 because PD was not current for EB3
Feb 2001 : joined another company
Dec 2001 : labor filed
Sep 2002 : company decided to abandon labor
Dec 2002 : LC substitution, I-140 and I-485 concurrent filing
Jan 2003 : 1st FP
Mar 2003 : I-140 approved (one RFE)
14 Aug 2004 : 2nd FP (scheduled for 9/18/2004)
18 Aug 2004 : FP received
8 Sep 2004 : I-485 approved

Words escape me as I try to express my heartfelt thanks to all who have contributed to this forum and its cause ...

may i know more details about your case.. like what was your status before approval? and when was the last updated date? when was your fingerprint notice?

as i have a similar 485 WAC 03-185 XXX with receipt date June 3, 2003. However, i never had fingerprint since last year. My 140 RD also June 3, 2003, only got approved in Aug 2004.

Hope such magic will happen to me.

I was out of the country (working for the same employer who filed ...) when my I140 was approved. I came back through the same employer after 2 years and filed for 485. Well, it's a long story ... but I finally got my GC ...
