Please add any new CSC I-485 approvals to this thread. Post only approvals to this thread so that it can be used (kind of data/summary tracking) to see recent approvals.

If you see any CSC I-485 approval any where on this board please post it to this thread with all the info (if it is not already posted to this thread). Please follow below guidelines while posting.
1. In the subject line, give it running serial number, member name (that got approved), and the subject line.
2. Entire text of their approval message (cut and paste including headers)
3. Please also provide a Link to that aproval thead/post (it helps a lot in maintaining summary as well as users can goto that thread to ask questions).

Also refrain from any other discussion (apart from just posting CSC I-485 approvals) in this thread so that we can keep it lean.

Another very old case approved. I Dont have words to express happiness, but definately know that this lon awaited approval came just nick of time. My EAD expiring tomorrow, and was planning on getting iEAD tomorrow (90 days before second EAD application date).

Sillyman you have been cheering everybody here in these difficult times, and I had started liking your posts since I read your bundle theory.

Hi Guys my case is finally approved.... it was a long long long long long wait for US,,, i almost went into depression.....from time to time... but finally heard the magic words on the answering machine , online status still say's the same old...975 days..blah blah....


my WAC is 01-281-50XXX and my wife case is also approved..
my details in brief...

I got laid off before 180 day's and was out of JOB for 5 months...
filed under AC21 law...

MD july 29th 2001
RD August 01 2001
FP done in FEB 22nd.
RFE issused for ME on june 26th for EVL,payslips since i filed my 485( but submitted on 2 months pay stubs from my current employer)...company financials , company TAX docs.
for my WIFE EVL, payslips.

RFE submitted to INS on August 22nd.

received by INS on 29th.

got second RFE for my wife on sept 13th
responded and received by INS on sept 23rd.

got again second FP for my wife on OCT 29th. and FP done on OCT 31st...
received my INS on 2nd ...

finally Approved on NOV 7th.

special thanks to PCEE for his wonderful work and regular updates... hope u to get it soon...

i hope each and every one will get their notice soon...

Strangely yesterday (11/07) the message said rfe received and today when I checked it the case was approved.

My case was approved.

INS Online states "11/7/2002, case has been approved...".
I just registered as a member for this site one day before my case approved. What a surprise. I am almost the last one was approved with 01-235.

Any experience about stamping in San Jose center? Do I need to get in the line very early in the morning now?

I got RFE last month and response received by INS on Sep 16th.

I filed for I-485 last year, i.e. aug-2001

Anybody, can you suggest the best time for standing in the Q for stamping at SFO? Is it of to go to 11.00 am.

Finally our I-485s got approved
Hi All,

Finally our I-485s got approved on 15th Nov 2002 (according to INS website). Here is the story.

1. We both applied for GCs (seperately for both).

2. The WAC are WAC-02-042-5xxxx and WAC-02-121-5xxxx.

3. INS asked us to withdraw one of these sets. We withdrew WAC-02-042-5xxxx.

4. INS approved WAC-02-121-5xxxx on 15th Nov 2002.


This site is really useful, helped to keep our hopes alive.

Did n't apply for EAD ,AP with 485 but applied for it some time around June 2002 and got both(EAD ,AP) of them within 3 months .
485 Approved - NOV 19 th 2002 .
